How to Get the Most Flavor
from Your Grass-Fed Beef

A wonderful benefit of grass fed beef is the leanness of the cuts. This does require different handling during cooking to provide the most tender and delicious recipes.  We suggest the following:

1.   When grilling, cook steaks on low and cook slowly until medium rare; the steaks will continue to cook once you remove them from the grill.

2.  For steaks other than ribeyes, we suggest using your favorite marinade before placing them on the grill.

3.  When grilling hamburger patties, cook them on low and do not overcook.

4.  For roasts, we enjoy them cooked in a large slow cooker.  They are easy to prepare and are ready to eat when you return home from a long day.
